How we choose technology
- Maintainable first. We choose languages and frameworks that many developers know, so you are not dependent on us to make changes.
- Hostable where you are. We prefer stacks that run on common shared hosting, a virtual server or your existing cloud account.
- Avoid lock-in. We use open formats and standard databases, and we avoid proprietary platforms unless they clearly fit your needs. When we use a paid service, we explain what it would take to move away from it.
- Match the problem. A registration form does not need the architecture of a large platform. We choose the simplest setup that meets the requirement and leaves room to grow.
