About Subharti IT Solutions
We are the technology team within the Subharti group of institutions. We build and run software and infrastructure, and we now offer the same work to other organisations.
Who we are
Subharti IT Solutions is the technology team inside an institutional group that includes education and healthcare organisations. Our day-to-day work is building and running the software, networks and servers those institutions depend on.
That work covers admission and registration portals, examination and evaluation tools, learning platforms, hospital workflows, payment integrations, campus networks and surveillance systems. Because we also operate what we build, we see how software behaves after launch, under real load and with real users.
We now offer these services to other organisations that need dependable software and infrastructure, and a team that stays involved after the first release.
Mission
To build software and infrastructure that solves a specific operational problem, that your staff can use without extra training, and that you can maintain and own after we hand it over.
Technology vision
We use mainstream, well-supported technologies that are easy to host and easy to hire for. We add newer tools, such as AI models, where they remove manual work in a measurable way and where a person can review the result. We prefer fewer moving parts and clear documentation over complex architectures that only the original developers understand.
Core capabilities
We design and build websites and custom software for operations such as admissions, billing, records and approvals, and we add AI features such as document extraction and assistive tools where they help. We build mobile apps when your users need them on their phones.
For visibility, we handle SEO and Google Ads management. Underneath the software, we plan and maintain networks and infrastructure, set up cloud hosting and deployment, review security and IT practices, and provide ongoing support and maintenance once systems are live.
How we build software
- Small releases. We ship working parts early so you can test them with real users and change direction before the cost grows.
- Documentation as we go. We record setup steps, configuration, data structures and decisions while we work, not at the end.
- Planned handover. We walk your team through the system, the hosting and the admin tasks, and leave written instructions.
- Your code, your data. Under the agreed terms, the source code, database and credentials for software built for you belong to you, and we deliver them in a usable form.
Quality and security practices
- Code review before changes are merged into production code.
- Prepared statements for all database queries, along with input validation and output escaping.
- Least privilege for user roles, database accounts and server access.
- Backups on a defined schedule, with restore steps tested.
- Testing before release on a staging copy, including the main user journeys and payment flows.
- Data protection awareness. We design data collection, consent and retention with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in mind and discuss your obligations with you during scoping.
