The problem
Doctors moving between OPD, IPD and consultations need their own patients' records and imaging in one place, on a phone. Consultation notes, diagnosis codes and prescriptions are still prepared by hand after each encounter, which takes time and leaves gaps such as unconfirmed allergies or incomplete dosing instructions.
The solution
The app already gives each doctor a list of the patients under their care and access to those patients' PACS images, with laboratory report integration in progress. The proposed next phase adds a consent-first consultation workflow: record the conversation in Hindi, English or both, turn it into structured clinical notes, suggest provisional diagnoses, ICD codes and investigations, and draft a prescription from the hospital catalogue.
Every AI output stays a draft until the doctor reviews and approves it. Patient statements, doctor observations and AI suggestions are kept separate, missing details are flagged rather than guessed, and edits, approvals and exports are recorded.
